My name is Chase. I’m so glad you’re here!

In a period of extreme self-doubt, God came to me during a journaling session and revealed the focal point of my work in this life: to help the people of this world be healthier, stronger, and more mobile so that they may be able to go out and achieve their own personal missions without fear of breaking down along the way. Long Personal Wellness is my commitment towards loving you and everyone else I may be blessed to work with into a higher state of being – one where you can not only accomplish all your goals but simply experience life in more color from the foundation of a robust, able body and mind.

My Mission

Navigating the world of health + fitness while tending to every other necessity in your life can be daunting. Realistically, implementing the changes to improve your health and ability can be near impossible without a clear structure to follow and millions of ideas claiming they’re the only way. My mission is to be your guide through the physical and mental climb of fitness, and the daily challenges of time as you persist towards your ideal quality of life. If you can show up, I can make the rest easy!
