Maggie Shea

I met Chase in May of 2024. I was in the worst physical shape and it was affecting me mentally. I finally pushed myself to join a gym and met Chase. My goals at the time were pretty simple. I wanted my mobility back. We started working together- “Together” is key here because Chase didn’t just tell me to do the exercises, he adapted some (most in the beginning) of the workouts specifically to me. Initially I was intimidated but he made me feel comfortable and mostly, capable. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and funny. If you’re looking to better your health and life moving forward I highly recommend to at least consult with Chase.

Earl Cross

When I first started working with Chase 2 ½ years ago, he did a full on assessment of my fitness, listened carefully to my specific goals, and devised a personalized program that incorporated both workouts for the gym and those to do at home.

He described and supervised all of the exercises with me so I had a full understanding of purpose and proper technique. He continually reassessed my progress and adjusted the program to meet my goals. His positive and upbeat attitude encouraged me to consistently work towards my goals with enthusiasm.

He has worked with me to reach a number of different goals, from, revamping my weekly strength routine, to fitness goals like hiking Rim-to-Rim at the Grand Canyon and rehabbing a shoulder injury.

I have recently suffered a work-related injury that prevents me from weight bearing on 1 leg. Chase has worked with me to maintain my current fitness level as best as possible given these challenging circumstances. I look forward to working with him as I return to my previous fitness and workout routine.

Chase possesses a great deal of knowledge and is constantly seeking new and updated exercise techniques which keeps my workouts interesting and challenging.

He has a passion to see me succeed.
